You need something to protect your Kindle and maximize its functionality.I purchased the black version of this rooCase to go with my new Kindle Fire because I noticed that it was much less expensive than the Marware case that Amazon had been promoting. I cannot comment on the color but everything else seems similar based on the product description. My case is not perfect but for the price I feel it is a good deal. It offers everything I could want: functionality, protection for my Kindle and a good price. Quality: The quality is pretty good. The leather does not appear to be quite as good as the leather that is on my lighted Kindle cover for my Kindle keyboard. But it is still respectable and does not look cheap. The RooCase cover is unlined, and is thinner and lighter in weight than the KKLLC.
